Brand Strategy and Brand Planning Research
Brand research assists with the creation, development, and ongoing management and strengthening of brands. Analysis can be carried out to understand the landscape and develop a launch strategy. Brand research can also be conducted after launch to assist in the development of brand assets.
Advertising Awareness and Effective Research
Awareness measures are used extensively in research as a gauge of brand performance and marketing effectiveness. The most commonly used are those relating to brand and advertising awareness. Such studies are generally conducted after targeted advertising campaigns to test the effectiveness of the advertisement and the potential growth of the brand.
Customer Satisfaction and Needs Surveys
Customer satisfaction (CSAT) surveys are used to understand your customer’s satisfaction levels with your organisation’s products, services, or experiences. This is one type of customer experience survey and can be used to gauge customer’s needs, understand problems with your products and/or services, or segment customers by their score. They often use rating scales to measure changes over time and gain a deeper understanding of whether or not you are meeting the customer’s expectations.
Market Segmentation Research Surveys
Market segmentation is the process of dividing a broad population into subgroups according to certain shared factors. These groups may have common demographics (age, gender, etc.), geographic location, attitudes, behaviours, or a combination of similar characteristics. Businesses perform market research to create market segments that include multiple variables. Their challenge is to find potential customers, known as their target market, that combine shared factors, making them the group that is most likely to buy their products and services.
